Exchange can be done with Other Products . We will pay the Courier cost in case of returning the Damage/Wrong saree.

If you want to cancel your order, the order cancellation charge 2% will be deducted from the total amount paid in the order when refunding.

Neelambari Boutique has full rights to cancel & refund money of any orders without customer approval due to incorrect information in order, or such issues beyond our control, like courier delay, manufacturing delay etc...

In case the ordered product is out of stock, then refund will be processed within 7 working days via UPI ID based or Through Bank Account.
